ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY OF HORIZON

Basic functionality of Horizon is supplemented by a group of modules necessary for performance of certain business functions of a company or institution. Additional modules can be fully integrated with the basic functionality of the system ensuring continuity of business management as well as a documentation and information flow between management of different resources that is easy to oversee for a user. Each client can choose the functionality that is most appropriate for his/her business objectives.

 

Personnel
The Personnel management functionality ensures effective planning and management of one of the most valuable assets of your company or institution – personnel. The module consists of two mutually complimentary functional blocks – the Remuneration and the Personnel Records thus allowing to implement complete accounting and analysis of personnel resources from the financial and personnel management perspective. This solution supports the most important personnel management tasks – staffing, personnel management and development. It is suitable for everyday work of personnel specialists and accountants as well as of executive staff of the organization. The module can be successfully used by private companies as well as public administration institutions which specific needs and requirements are integrated in the system's functionality.

 

Supply Management
The Supply Management module allows to monitor the flow of goods starting from the moment when an offer is prepared for or when an order has been placed by the customer until the moment the goods are sold thus allowing to control the full cycle of supply. It is possible to obtain detailed information about the status of an order during the whole process of a particular supply. The functionality of the module supports also the option of placing orders to the suppliers based on the statistics for the previous periods and the current balance of the stocks as well as other parameters thus ensuring most optimum amounts of stocks in the company. The Supply Management module is integrated with the Production module thus ensuring that raw materials necessary for the production are ordered timely and the customers' needs are duly met according to the production plan.

 

Longterm Investments
The functionality of the Longterm Investment module ensures detailed accounting and recording of the company's fixed assets, intangible investments and longterm financial investments and their movement as well as supports the necessary calculations and preparation of statements and reports.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The functionality of the Customer Relationship Management module (CRM) effectively supports the necessity to identify, understand and satisfy the customers' needs. The use of this module in everyday work provides system users with up-dated information necessary to timely react on the client's needs at the same time assessing the historical file of the given customer. It is possible to adjust the solution according to the differing business requirements of different customers at the same time maintaining integrity with the basic functionality of Horizon.

The functionality of the Production module allows comprehensively to manage production processes starting from their planning to calculation of production costs. The module can be used in all stages of a production cycle ensuring planning, recording and control of production processes in different sectors. Its functionality is suitable for large companies with large scale complex production processes as well as for small manufacturers. Thanks to close integration with other modules of the system it is possible to have access to all accounting and financial data data as well as ensure information exchange between the modules within the framework of the production process management.

 

Data Consolidation
The Data Consolidation module supports companies and organisations that have a complex multi tier financial accounting system maintaining a common accounts plan and dimensions as well as ensuring preparation of united financial statements and uniform calculation methodology. This in its turn gives companies the opportunity quickly and effectively to obtain data for analyses and preparation of statements at the level of any subordinated entity, certain group of entities at the given level of the organisation hierarchy or at the level of the whole consolidated structure.

 

Real Estate Management
The Real Estate Management module (REM) is a technological solution developed according to most recent IT requirements and sectoral needs for the real estate management. The functionality of this IT solution can be used to account and follow-up real estate property and related rental, management and lease contracts as well as to manage settlement of the related payments, plan and record maintenance works thus making routine work more easy. Utilities Payments
The Utilities Payments module is specifically design to support financial and business processes of water supply and sewerage service providers. The functionality of the module may be used also providers of other utilities services and housing management entities. The main functional options are accounting of the utilities services provided, calculation of service charges and control of the payments made. This functionality can be used to account and calculate charges for the services provided to private and legal persons.
