To save you time and to ensure that the opportunities of the solutions offered by us are fully employed, we provide a consultant and a technical support specialist who visit the client’s enterprise to solve accountancy, software or technical problems, should they occur. 
The first year following the system installation, clients in our Client Portal have access to all the solution’s upgrades, which include both functional improvements and the relevant amendments to Latvian legislation. In a year, 4-10 new versions are developed for Horizon. After one year, the client can sign maintenance and servicing agreements, so ensuring the opportunity to receive upgrades also in future.
We suggest our clients also use the remote technical and functional support option. In this case, upon client request and following a special authorisation procedure, our specialists remotely connect to the client’s servers and perform, for example, the installation of a system upgrade or the rectification of a detected operational fault, so substantially saving time.
